Shipping & delivery at Rubber Basic

Rubber Basic carefully packages and ships latex by the meter, latex gloves, and latex toe socks to private and commercial customers. Our goal is safe, clean, and traceable shipping so that your order arrives well protected. We ship exclusively insured with tracking and use DHL Business.

Which products are shipped?

We ship natural latex by the meter, as well as short and long latex gloves and latex toe socks. Latex by the meter is prepared according to your selection and delivered in linear meters. The material is shipped on rolls 110cm long in a box. Gloves and toe socks are assembled according to color, size, and version.

Shipping of latex by the meter

Latex by the meter is handled with particular care because the material must be protected from pressure marks, dirt, severe creasing, and damage. Whenever possible, it is laid flat or rolled cleanly and securely packaged for transport.

Please note the minimum order quantity for latex by the meter

The minimum order quantity for latex by the meter is 5 linear meters. Please carefully check the color, material thickness, and quantity before completing your order, as the latex by the meter is prepared after selection.

Shipping of latex gloves and latex toe socks

Latex gloves and latex toe socks are packaged particularly cleanly and securely because they are worn close to the body. Before ordering, please check the selected color, size, and version to ensure that the products suit your intended use.

Delivery area

Rubber Basic serves customers in Germany, Europe, and beyond. The shipping countries and shipping options actually available are displayed at checkout. For larger commercial orders or special delivery requests, an individual inquiry may be advisable. Orders over 20kg can be shipped with UPS, DPD, or FedEx in addition to DHL.

Processing time

Processing time depends on the product type, availability, order quantity, and shipping destination. Items in stock can generally be prepared more quickly. Larger quantities, latex by the meter, or combined orders may require somewhat more processing time.

Packaging

Latex products are packaged protectively so they can be transported as cleanly and undamaged as possible. Direct sunlight, heat, sharp edges, and unnecessary pressure should be avoided as much as possible during storage and shipping.

Commercial orders

Larger orders are possible for workshops, retailers, designers, production companies, or regular customers. For B2B inquiries, recurring orders, or special quantities, you can contact Rubber Basic directly.

Important note

Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If you notice damaged packaging or obvious transport damage, document the condition immediately with photos if possible and contact us promptly.

Shipping on request from 20 kg

For orders with a total weight over 20 kg, we prepare an individual shipping quote. This applies in particular to larger quantities of latex sold by the metre, extensive material orders or shopping carts requiring special packaging.

Shipping is always insured and includes tracking. To transport the goods safely and protect the material, we individually assess the packaging, shipping provider, package dimensions and shipping costs for heavy or bulky orders.

Latex sold by the metre is not shipped loose or unprotected, but carefully packaged. For larger quantities, we use suitable rectangular shipping cartons to ensure the goods are shipped stably and safely.

Freight forwarding with Rubber Basic

We can offer especially favorable shipping terms via freight forwarding, whether by air or sea freight, as well as by rail. Deliveries to non-EU countries are generally made under the DAP principle: delivery is made to the specified delivery address (curbside), while import charges, customs duties, taxes and fees in the destination country are borne by the recipient.
